Worship Services are Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
Youth classes are taught on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. during Bible Study and Sundays at 8:30 a.m. during our Sunday Academy, they also have a youth choir which meets on Thursdays prior to 1st Sundays.
They have a special group meeting once a month, they also have a young adults choir which meets on the third Thursday of the month.
The Men's Ministry meets once a month for food, fellowship, games and fun. The Women's Ministry (WOP) Women of Purpose meet once a month for encouragement, food, fellowship and fun.
We have exciting services that will ignite your passion for the Lord and help you to grow spiritually.
Also there is expository preaching and teaching of God Word which is heard weekly.

Abundant Life International Baptist Cathedral History
Abundant Life began in the fall of 1994, as God took the initiative to reveal Himself in a greater way to His people in Jacksonville, North Carolina. A small band of believers determined to worship GOD in spirit and truth and not after the traditions of men, gathered together for the first time. Only two weeks later, GOD touched the hearts of the Pastor and congregation of the Calvary Seventh Day Adventist Church to open their doors on October 23, 1994. Fifty-five faithful saints worshiped that day. On the same day the Combined Choir was formed with 24 members singing. During the course of the next two months, Men, Youth, and Mass Choirs were formed.
The Church was quickly organized as its growth increased dramatically. By mid-February 1995, the Conference Center in Jacksonville became our new home.
Realizing all Churches need fellowship and accountability, GOD led Pastor A. G. Mullen, Jr. to the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship in New Orleans in July 1995. Seeing the potential of this fellowship, Pastor Mullen returned to Jacksonville and quickly began to initiate training toward this fellowship. A new freedom of religious expression was realized by the members and the powers that Jesus had left behind for use by the believers. Teaching became more dynamic, families of souls are being saved, sick are being healed .....
After much prayer, fasting and sacrifice, God blessed the church to acquire property at 1518 Gum Branch Road. On October 26, 1997 the members of Abundant Life entered their new church facility with a sanctuary that seats 860 people, multiple classrooms, Abundance of Love and Learning Center, fellowship hall, commercial-style kitchen, Christian bookstore and office wing. Presently, the church is developing a Family Life Center that will provide space for a Children’s Church, restaurant and lounge and exercise facility. The Church ministries consist of: Evangelism, Mission's, Women's, Men's, Single's, Children’s Church, Youth Ministry, Intercessory Prayer, Christian Education, Hospitality, Radio, Advertising, Ushers, Praise Team, Deacon and Deaconess, Pastor's Esteem, Nurses’ Aide, Parking, Security, Greeters, Kitchen, Economic Development, Transportation, Pantomime, Drug and Alcohol Ministry, Health Advisory, Discipleship Training, Dance, Abundance of Love & Learning Center, Abundant Life Christian College and Abundant Life Community Outreach.
Abundant Life Baptist Church, is a unique Full Gospel Ministry. It has come a long way. Through its obedience to The Word it has indeed experienced GOD and is accomplishing the many works He has assigned to the church.
